The UCLA Department of Military Science is an academic department that resides in the Social Sciences Division of the College of Letters and Science.  The Military Science curriculum supplements students' academic majors by offering elective courses ranging from leadership and management to military law.  Students who complete our Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program become officers in the U.S. Army, Army Reserves or Army National Guard.
